Company / Program: Plousios Wealth Mastermind and Taxidi International

Associate: Any individual or business approved to promote the Program in exchange for commissions.

Qualified Sale: A purchase made through an Associate’s unique referral link that is successfully processed and not refunded or charged back.

Commission: The earnings paid to Associates for Qualified Sales.

To become an Associate, you must:

• Submit an application and be approved by the Program.

• Provide accurate personal and payment information.

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Comply with all marketing and advertising laws.

The Program reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

As an Associate, you agree to:

• Promote the Program ethically and honestly.

• Use only approved marketing materials or truthful representations.

• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law.

• Avoid misleading, false, or deceptive claims about the Program.

Associates may NOT:

• Spam email, messages, or social media.

• Misrepresent themselves as the Program owner or official representative.

• Use paid ads that impersonate the brand or bid on trademarked terms without written approval.

• Offer unauthorized bonuses, discounts, or incentives.

Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Associates will earn:

Commission Rate:

• 5% commission on each Qualified Sale generated through their referral link.

Important Notes

• Commissions are calculated on the final sale amount after refunds or chargebacks.

• Self-referrals are not allowed.

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity will void commissions.

Payment Threshold:

• Associates must reach a minimum balance of $50 USD before payouts are issued.

Payment Schedule:

• Payments are processed monthly (or within 30 days after the close of the previous month).

• Payments are sent via the approved payment method on file.

• Associates are responsible for providing correct payment details.

The Program is not responsible for payment delays due to incorrect information.

If a customer requests a refund or files a chargeback:

• The related commission will be reversed.

• If already paid, the amount may be deducted from future payouts.

Associates may use approved logos, branding, and marketing materials solely for promoting the Program.

Associates may not:

• Modify logos without permission.

• Claim ownership of Program materials.

• Register domains or social accounts using the Program name or confusingly similar variations.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time.

Grounds for immediate termination include:

• Fraud or deceptive marketing.

• Violation of laws or platform rules.

• Breach of this Agreement.

Upon termination:

• Access to the Program will be revoked.

• Unpaid commissions below the payment threshold will be forfeited.

The Program shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.

• Loss of profits or income.

• Technical issues beyond reasonable control.

Participation in the Program is at your own risk.

Associates are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of the Program.

Associates are responsible for:

• Taxes

• Licenses

• Compliance with local laws

The Program may update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international business and contract laws.

By participating in the Associate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
